Hygiene and security measures
The well-being and tranquility of our clients and employees are important to us.
Here are the measures we implemented, combined with our already high standards:
Contactless check-in and check out: We guarantee there will not be any contacts during these steps. Protective Plexiglass were also installed at the front desk.
Physical distancing: Physical distancing is possible everywhere in our hotel and our staff makes sure the rules are followed.
Sanitizing products: Hand sanitizing distributors were put in many locations, such as the lobby, lounge, dining rooms, conference rooms and all public areas.
Safe chalets: Our maintenance team will not enter your chalet during your stay. If needed, please ask for help by calling the front desk or sending a text message to our concierges. After every stay, all chalets remain empty for the appropriate recommended delay. They are then cleaned and re-booked with a strict sanitizing protocol.
Common areas: Cleaning and sanitizing in the common areas have been reinforced, including the light switches, door knobs and all touched objects.
Staff training: All our employees have been trained on the many sanitizing protocols we implemented for COVID-19, including how to wash their hands. Personal protective equipment (face covering, gloves) is mandatory for every employee that needs it.
Our protocols are constantly updated to respect the governmental requirements.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the total cost of renting your cottage, taxes included, is required for any reservation. The balance of 50% of the total amount will be debited from your credit card 30 days before your arrival. For cancellation 31 days and more prior the arrival date, the deposit of 50% is non-refundable. For cancellation 30 days and less prior the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is non-refundable.
COVID-19 Cancellation policies
The stay can be refunded/ or postponed as the case may be, at any time if the authorities do not allow access to the region and/or prohibit the rental of tourist residences. Special attention was paid to the interview, respecting the latest recommendations of the health authorities. No refund or deferral is possible in connection with the vaccination passport.No refunds are permitted on cottage bookings based on number of occupants and / or rooms.
Only the paying customer is considered the occupant of the chalet.
